Have fun crafting and don’t forget to share your finished wreaths. I love seeing your creations!
If you’d like to make more than one, go for it! Kids love choosing different characters and mixing leaves and pumpkins from other pages.

Choose the character your child likes the most.
The fox tends to be a superstar, but the squirrel and hedgehog also get a lot of love!
Let your kid go wild with reds, greens, yellows, and oranges.Tip: If your child prefers a calmer activity, print an extra sheet and let them colour just the leaves first!
The dotted lines make it easier for younger kids. Older children can try cutting the inner circle themselves for an extra challenge.
Arrange the leaves, pumpkins, and acorns around the circle. You can make it full and colourful or minimal and simple. My son colored with markers and crayons :) Both look adorable!
(Optional but Super Fun!)
You’ll notice a small rectangle on each sheet? That’s a hanging strip. Here’s how to use it:
Cut out the strip
Glue its two ends together to form a loop
Attach the loop to the back of the wreath
Thread a string or ribbon through it
This creates the perfect spot to hang the wreath: on walls, doors, or in the classroom.
You can also use multiple wreaths to make a beautiful autumn garland. A fantastic idea for preschool or school autumn activities!

The set includes different autumn characters: a fox, squirrel, hedgehog, chipmunk, and a cute fall tree, along with leaves, pumpkins, mushrooms, and acorns to decorate the wreath.
Paper wreaths are one of those activities that work for every age. Toddlers love colouring the big simple shapes, preschoolers can practice cutting, and older children enjoy arranging and designing their own layout.
It’s a great combination of:
Fine-motor practice (cutting and gluing)
Creativity (choosing colours and arranging leaves)
Seasonal learning (talking about animals, trees, and fall changes)
Quality time spent together
Plus — zero mess and zero complicated supplies. Just print, colour, cut… and you're done!
There’s something magical about autumn- the warm colors, crunchy leaves, cozy activities… and of course, seasonal crafts! If you’re looking for a simple and adorable project to enjoy with your little one, today’s idea will be perfect: a DIY paper autumn wreath.
This craft uses my printable templates (you can grab them instantly on Payhip!) and turns them into a colourful decoration that kids can proudly hang on their door, wall, or in their playroom.
